Depending on the form, we collect your name, phone number, email, city, enquiry subject, programme interests and message. Volunteer forms may also request age, address, availability and experience. CSR and partnership forms may request organisation details, collaboration interests, budget range and an optional attachment.
These details support responses to your enquiries, volunteer and programme registrations, and CSR or partnership discussions. Submit only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, payment PINs or complete card details through enquiry forms.
Form submissions are stored in the website's database and are available through authenticated administration features. Uploaded partnership attachments are stored on the hosting account. Avoid including sensitive personal information in attachments.
The website uses session functionality for forms and authentication, and loads fonts, styles and scripts from third-party services. Your browser connects to these services when loading their resources. Their privacy notices apply to information they receive.
